Refund and Returns Policy

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items that are opened, used, damaged, or not in their original packaging may not be eligible for a refund or may be subject to a restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as personalized or custom-made products, perishable goods, or digital downloads. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. For hygiene reasons, some products, once opened, may not be eligible for return unless faulty. This will be specified on the product page where applicable.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at [email protected] or call us at 719-331-9607 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the RMA number and instructions on where to send your item.
  3. Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided in our return instructions. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Returns sent without an RMA number may not be accepted or may delay the refund process.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after it has been processed by us.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We may ask for photos of the damaged or incorrect item to help expedite the resolution.
